Brief mental health and substance use disorder screens, benefits/insurance help, on-the-spot referrals.
Education & training
Naloxone (Narcan), overdose recognition, harm-reduction basics, wellness skills.
Address SDOH
Lived-experience guides, groups, and local resources.
Early connection
Renew Mobile Unit pop-ups for outreach, linkage, and follow-up.
Crisis support: Call/text 988 for mental health emergencies; dial 911 for immediate danger.
