Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in New Brunswick & Mt. Holly NJ

What is IOP? (ASAM Level 2.1)
IOP is a non-residential, structured program that typically provides 9–19 hours of therapeutic services per week for adults. It sits between standard outpatient therapy and partial hospitalization/inpatient care. Services commonly include group and individual therapy, psychoeducation, medication management, and care coordination.
Who IOP is for
IOP may be a good fit if you:
Need more support than once-weekly therapy but do not require 24-hour care.
Are stepping down from inpatient or partial hospitalization—or stepping up because weekly therapy hasn’t been enough.
Want a skills-focused program (CBT/DBT-informed) to manage anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, OCD, and related challenges.
If you’re in immediate crisis or thinking about suicide, call/text 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
