Our approach is trauma-informed and based in client-centered care.

Individual Recovery Coaching

Peer Support specialists work alongside clients to provide guidance, support, and empathy to navigate life and the process of recovery. Recovery coaching includes recovery planning, skill building, and connection to recovery resources.

Peer Support Groups

Peer Recovery Leaders facilitate support groups by recognizing the relationship between social determinants of health and their impact on mental health and well-being. They will assist individuals in evaluating and communicating their concerns about medications, support those withdrawing from medications in finding alternative supports, and help gather information and resources related to medication management. Twice weekly groups will be held to provide ongoing support and foster community among individuals managing substance use disorders.

Resource Navigation

Assistance with connecting to community resources such as housing, employment, education, healthcare, and recovery supports.

Advocacy and Empowerment

Helping individuals advocate for themselves, build confidence in decision-making, and develop skills to navigate systems of care effectively.

Community Outreach

Connect with peers in the community through events, workshops, and outreach activities that spread awareness, reduce stigma, and create supportive spaces for recovery.
