3. Join your session
At your time, click your Doxy.me link from any device with a camera/mic. No downloads.
4. After your visit
We’ll schedule next steps, send resources, and coordinate any follow-up or medication needs.
Is Telehealth Right for Me?
Telehealth is a great fit if you want consistent access to therapy with fewer barriers. It may not be appropriate for certain crisis situations or intensive assessments—if that’s the case, we’ll discuss in-person or higher-level care.
