Virtual Check-In

Virtual Check-In allows clients to conveniently complete forms and assessments online as part of their care at New Brunswick Counseling Center or Burlington Comprehensive Counseling.

Use the appropriate check-in button below to access and complete any forms or assessments requested by our staff. This may include questionnaires, screenings, or other information needed to support your treatment and services.
